D-Mannose, in short, is a simple sugar. It’s found naturally in many plants and foods, such as cranberries as well as in some cells in the human body. D-Mannose attaches itself to E-coli bacteria better than it connects to human cells in the bladder and urinary tract.

When taking NutriLife’s D-Mannose, only small amounts get metabolised, almost all of it spills into the urine through your kidneys, coating and dislodging any bacteria attached to the inside walls of the bladder and urinary tract. The bacteria is then literally rinsed away with normal urination.
