Folic Acid Forte® with B-complex vitamins and vitamin C helps support general well-being and health, and aids red blood cell regeneration. Folic acid plays a role in the metabolism, cell division and in the regeneration of blood and cells. B-complex vitamins are important for energy release and the production of red blood cells. Vitamin C plays a role in maintaining healthy gums, skin and connective tissue, assists in the absorption of iron from food and functions as a tissue anti-oxidant, thereby maintaining healthy cells. Folic acid forte is particularly useful before and during pregnancy, because of the high folic acid content.
