CAPRI OIL SPILL DISPERSANT is as its name implies designed to disperse oil spills in general but specifically where the spill has occurred in water and generally in the sea. It may also be used to good effect in streams or rivers but it must be remembered that the oil spill is highly pollutant and so the best answer is always firstly not to spill but secondly to try to collect the oil out of the water by skimming it up or some similar method.
